Feature Story

Overall 

This assignment was a project to show all our skills and ways we can connect our talents to other peoples lives. My story was about a season ending injury and how it has an emotional impact with features that will impact your mood. I think that my skills have increased in making this video and that I learned that this feature story will impact my future in video.

Process

     The first step to making this story was finding one that might appeal to my audience and everyone that sees it will enjoy the story even if its not most updated news. After i found my story i looked for ways to find videos to play in the background and who exactly to interview. Then i wrote questions and found time to interview them. This was helpful because after i got interview done i could get footage off of quotes i liked and made sure i had enough to fit what she was saying. Sometimes finding good quotes is hard because interviewing someone they don't get a long time to think so they can stray away from your goal as an answer. But the process of making this video has taught me a lot and i think that it will help me grow as a student in my video making career.

Improvements

     My video is perfect because i am still learning and no one is perfect. But i thought that for what i had it went really well. Some improvements is i needed more footage so i didn't have to make up time for it. I also really enjoyed doing it and i think that if i find a story that means more to me that i would enjoy it even more and have passion towards doing it.

Conclusion

  I really enjoyd this project and think it made me better at doing videos and i liked advancing in my skills and would say my project was great and is a building block to my success.

Sports Final Reflection

E-comm is a huge environment with many ways to develop and i think that i have many strengths in sports but i would say i have many strengths such as Animating, typing blogs and reflecting on our blogs, taking criticism and improving on it and looking to change things that we do to look better while also making us improve our skill. I think that my animation skills have improved if i can get help with the ideas then i am good at doing the actual animations and i also think my editing skills have improved and developed into a quick and fast process but it is never perfect and i need to focus more. I am good at reflecting on things we do because i want to do better than i did before because improvement is key in becoming your best possible self. I think strengths are not easy to come up with because you can always get better than you are. Animation Reflection

     This is my Animation reflection. I used many different things this year such as green screening, special effects, 2d animation and 3D modeling. These are all things i learned and  we took steps of copying what Mr.Netterville did then we repeated and added our own sweet touch to each thing. I think technology was a huge takeaway because i have developed and learned many thing about working with computers and typing faster and just being better at editing pictures and manipulating them to what i like.     The first thing we focused on was 2d animation and it was pretty easy for me and i helped a lot people but i liked all the things we did because they encouraged us to be individuals.
